Please note: we do a monogram in traditional monogram style - FIRST/LAST/MIDDLE INITIAL - letter that in the middle a bit larger.
One/Plus/Kids12/8/4 Size Back - you can choose name or title on the back of the robe (not both);
One/Plus/Kids12/8/4 Size Size Front+Back - you can customize robe with initials or name on the front AND name or title on the back of the robe.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Non-customized robes:
Hand wash or wash on gentle cycle with like colors in cold water.
For robes with any kind of customizations:
Hand wash in cold water.
Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang or Line dry.
Ironing with low/medium heat setting or use a steamer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We accept returns and exchanges on NON-customized robes only. You should contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery in original condition/ packaging.
Refund for the robes minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once we receive them back. Buyers responsible for all shipping costs.

CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED items with names, initials, tittles, etc COULD NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
