DEADLINES AND TURNAROUNDS
Please include a deadline date with your order details. If there is a problem with your date I will contact you.
Rush orders are completed in 4 business days or less, unless an extended deadline date is given.
Regular orders are completed in 5-10 days.

"SHIPPING"
NOTHING SHIPS, once I have finished your custom chalkboard poster I will send you the JPG file in an email. I will keep your file for 2 weeks, and simple changes will be allowed during that time. Extreme changes may be made for an additional charge. You will receive an etsy notice that your item has been shipped which informs you to be on the look out for your email.

Please note that as the customer you are only paying for my creative services and time spent to design and customize this product. I do not claim ownership for any characters being used in designs and all images are free and are not being sold, this is NOT a licensed product. All images belong to their respective copyright owners. This product is only to be used for personal use. Customers have had their poster printed at local photo labs with no issues but buyer should be aware that some photo labs will refuse to print copyright protected images. No refund will be made if you are refused printing by a photo lab. Once you complete your purchase you are acknowledging this copyright notice.
