Ordered this March 12th. It is now May 2nd and I log to track my item to see it has been shipped back to sender? No help was provided except for being told to contact etsy. With out me having a proper tracking number I can’t see where this parcel may have been taken for me to contact someone in my country. This cost me over $130. Very very disappointed

hello, I did provide you with a proper tracking number that’s Etsy provided me with. Unfortunately the package says that it is in transit, exactly how I stated to you. With that being said, I did say I would ship it again if it reached back to me, also how I stated to you. I apologize for any confusion, I do recommend reaching to Etsy for a refund.
