3D Happy Birthday SVG layered card, Shadow Box, Silhouette Cut file, Cricut cut file, diy handmade decoration- SVG, DXF, EPS, PNG, PDF.

This is a file for a shadow box decoration. There are 7 layers that when assembled using pop-dots creates a dimensional looking design. The file is set up as a 8x8 inch file, but can be sized up or down in your cutting software. The design is photographed in an 8x8 frame, not included.

The readme PDF file includes a link to an assembly video for similar files.

Please note all my products are DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FILES. NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED.

To view, use and edit your cutting files (SVG & DXF) you will need compatible software such as Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Design and similar.

To view, use and edit the PNG image file, you’ll need any image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Gimp, Affinity Photo and similar.

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not the product itself. Ownership and copyright remains with Jennifer Mecham. It is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

By purchasing and downloading a product from Jennifer Mecham Design Etsy shop, you accept responsibility to have read and understood the contents of this license, and shall agree to all terms set out in this license. It is a Personal Use and Limited Use License.

LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE allows you to create derivative products to sell in a small, home business setting to a MAXIMUM OF 500 COPIES. You cannot use my designs "AS IS". It has to be incorporated into another design created by you. For example, an SVG cut file to create a t-shirt, mug, stickers. You cannot sell the SVG file in a digital format including PNG, DXF etc.

YOU MAY:

**make a back-up of the files on an external hard drive (specifically owned and used by you), for your own personal use.

**create derivative products for sale including, but not limited to digital and/or printed:- photo cards - invitations - greeting cards - web graphics - tags - stationery - party printables such as cupcake wrappers, banners, gift boxes etc. to a MAXIMUM of 500 copies

**Create CUSTOM "one off" or "one of a kind" items such as a t-shirt, baby vests (onesies), mugs, cups, bags, totes etc. You CANNOT upload those files at Print On Demand sites such as Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, or Printify or any other similar print on demand services.

**create scrapbook layouts, albums, for others in a small home business setting

**use these products to create web graphics including headers, backgrounds and buttons for your own personal or small home business (as defined above) website or blog.

**submit your layouts, greeting cards or any other items you create using our products to magazines, books, galleries etc.. no credit required for online galleries, blogs.

YOU MAY NOT:

***use my designs "as is".

***create brushes, patterns, styles or any other similar image editing tools for sale, or as freebies.

***create derivative products that are going to be sold to large companies such as photo book creation websites, software or similar. You personally should profit from any items you create and sell from products you've purchased. You cannot sell them on to a large company that will then sell them on further. NO MASS PRODUCTION. NO PRINT ON DEMAND.

***NOT create products to sell on websites such as CAFE PRESS, ZAZZLE, SOCIETY 6, PRINTIFY and similar print on demand or drop shipping services. You may use these sites if it's for your own PERSONAL USE. For example, design a mug for yourself or to give as a gift. But you cannot make the designs available for sale on these sites or similar PRINT ON DEMAND stores/websites.

***DO NOT store any purchased item on a network or the Internet where it may be referenced by a third party, this includes but is not limited to, yahoo lists, emailing, ftp, Facebook groups, gaming communities, online games, online communities.

***redistribute, sell, share, loan this product either in part or as a whole. It is illegal to do so.
