VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary 30-day return policy for non-personalised standard items, starting from the date on which the goods are received.

To exercise the voluntary return policy, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods and return the goods within this period. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched in due time.

Please contact us through the Etsy messaging system before returning the goods.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returned items must be complete and must not be damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Under the voluntary return policy, the original delivery costs will not be refunded after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Personalised items, custom-made items, individually manufactured dimensions and goods made according to personal specifications are excluded from the voluntary return policy.

The voluntary return policy does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or any statutory rights relating to defective goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, where you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the final partial shipment or the final item, where goods are delivered in several partial shipments or items.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function provided by Etsy under “Help with an order” for the respective order. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
