Every order is cut and made after placed. Because of the size of the metal clasps used to seal the ropes, I do not suggest my collars for pups with necks smaller than ~12-13in. If you do have a smaller pup please contact me and we can chat through it!

For sizing. I typically add 1.5in to each collar to allow room to slip over the head/ears. For example, if your pup has a 16in neck, I will make the collar 17.5in to allow that buffer room. If you need more/less please let me know :)

It's mostly on personal preference. A longer leash allows more freedom for your pup to roam and explore. The 4ft is my personal preference that I use with my pups, but 6ft is typically the standard length sold in mass retail. The total length does include the handle!

One of the most common question I receive :)

It's a complementary feature that allows for you to clip a poop bag holder, your keys, the end of the leash (if you take it off your pup to carry). If you'd prefer not to have it, just note at checkout and I won't add one.

Unless I am traveling (not often!), I try and make all orders within 24hrs of being received. For domestic orders, I typically ship via USPS First Class mail which is 3-5 business days. If you'd prefer to upgrade you can also request Priority or Express delivery.

I track down my ropes from all over the place. I look for used ('recycled') as well as new ('upcycled) ropes and try to find a diverse set of colors and patterns to make sure I meet a broad set of interests! With that said, my shop has a good mix of both recycled and upcycled options. All of my recycled ropes have been cleaned and are extremely durable for their new uses!

I do! The average diameter of ropes in my shop is ~9.5-10mm. I have many thin diameter options as well, which are ~8mm in diameter and use a slightly smaller metal clasp to seal the ropes. If diameter of the rope and size of the metal clasps is a consideration for you please contact me and I will point you in the right direction.
