None of our regular shirts are oversized - they are all retail unisex fit except the all over printed shirts. If you're still unsure, please measure any existing shirt on your wardrobe with a tape measure and compare it with ours size charts and adjust accordingly. 😊 PS: Thick doesnt always mean "higher quality". Ring spun / Airlume combed means that cotton is combed until the impurities come off making the shirt able to withstand stretch. 👕

For apparel: * Cold wash only * Do not bleach or iron on print. * Turn the shirt inside-out before washing. * Turn the shirt inside-out before ironing. * Do not soak printed shirts and other printed products. * Low tumble dry * Wash with fabrics of the same weight and color. * Avoid washing with zippered, textured or buttoned garments. * Check and discard any foreign objects (loose change, receipts etc) on the washer before washing.

Rush Shipping? Overnight Shipping?

We currently do not offer overnight shipping as we work with a shipping partner. While express shipping is upon request and guarantees 1-3 business days shipping - this does not change the day that it takes to make our items. Express shipping will also cost almost like the shirt with our shipping partner, we can do a more thorough estimate once an order is placed so we can calculate the weight, distance and all that jazz. 😅

Why did you stop selling copies of your art?

We stopped because a lot of people have been using it for commercial purposes even when it clearly says not to. We even went to negatives because of some people and big businesses stealing and reselling our own works and passing it of as their own. From here on now - we will focus more on designing exclusive designs for our shop that will be unique to MilkDesignsShop.

Returns and Exchanges

We're just a small business so we only make your products as they are ordered to save on production costs and lessen wasted inventory and carbon emission. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes so please double check your measurements and refer to the measurements of clothes in your wardrobe and cross refer it with our size charts for informed purchase.

Polyester Vs. Cotton Material

There are instances that a polyester material is needed for the pigments to set and seep in. Most specially in all over print shirts. All over print shirts printed in cotton is only done by big manufacturing companies and could cost up to a hundred dollars each to be done. We cannot afford that as of the moment as we're only a home based business with a team of two. Polyesters are highly stretchable, hydrophobic and hygienic. Meanwhile, cotton is breathable, absorbs moisture and less stretchable. They both have their own advantages and disadvantages. 😊

Item says delivered but it's not there?

There are instances when USPS scans the item as delivered even when they're not (probably to meet their daily quota). These events are outside of our shop's control. Wait a day or two business days and if it still doesnt show up - we'll contact USPS about the missing item. After 7 Days and it still didnt show up, we'll contact your local police station and relay to them your Name and Residence to report the possible Package Theft. Damaged items should be reported within 3 days upon date of delivery. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and we'll review it as fast as we can. Damaged items reported after 3 days will not be covered by our shop.

DTG (Direct To Garment) Printing VS. Vinyl Printing

Vinyl Printing might be the cheaper option but this causes the print to peel away when washing. All our garments are (Direct To Garment) DTG Printed meaning that it is directly printed on garments and ink are incorporated on the fabric - this can withstand more wash and wear situations. As with any other printed clothes though, bleaching and long soaks should be avoided to prolong the colors of the printed designs.

It's probably our sweat and tears. Haha. Just kidding. Since our shirts are direct-to-garment printed. The inks makes a funny fresh chemical smell upon production. Air it out or give it a spin and it should go away.
