For custom and personalized orders 50% of the price will be payed up front, and the remaining 50% paid after photo approval. If you no longer want the custom piece you have 5 post office days to ship it back to me. Once I receive the item fully intact I will issue a 50% refund as the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the item is personalized and cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.

I want to ensure that you love my pottery! If there is an issue with craft or production I will send you a new piece. This includes cracks or chips in the pottery. Clay is a natural material and some pieces may have small spots which are associated with the production of the piece. These do not impact the usage of the piece! If your return is related to size, usage, or color I unfortunately can not accept these returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The size for all items can be found in the item description. As these are all handmade, the sizes will vary around 1/4-1/2 inch because it is handmade.
