PREVIEW
Before we engrave your bookmark, we always make a preview of what the design will look like. We will ask you if you like it before we go ahead with the engraving and it is always possible to make changes on that design.

SIZE & COLORS
The bookmarks are available in one size and two different colors of leather:

14.8 x 5.0 x 0.3 cm (5.82 x 1.96 x 0.12 inch)
COLOR LEATHER
- Cognac (light brown)
- Chocolate (dark brown)
Each bookmark is handmade from a unique piece of genuine leather and wood, and can therefore slightly differ in color. The leather is soft, supple and beautifully finished. The color of both the wood and the leather is a bit mixed, giving the bookmark a very warm and natural look.

ENGRAVING
We can engrave a unique personal text or illustration on the bookmark with our laser engraving machine. This can be a name, an inspirational quote or an illustration you love. The engraving doesn't fade away, so it will last forever.
By adding a personal engraving, the bookmark is not only fun for yourself, but also as a gift. Success guaranteed!
You can choose different kinds of fonts, at one of the pictures you can see what choices you have. Before we engrave the bookmark, we always make a preview of what the design will look like. We will ask you if you like it and it is always possible to make changes on that preview.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
After ordering, we will need 1-3 business days for production and then it will be shipped to your specified address. We ship from the Netherlands, which normally takes about 3-10 days to arrive in Europe and about 7-30 days to arrive worldwide. In some cases, it could take longer though, because it gets held back by customs. This is something that is out of our hands, we hope you understand. Luckily this doesn't happen very often, but we think it's only fair to let you know.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee our bookmarks against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If problems like this might occur, please contact us.
Please note that both leather and wood are natural materials and therefore every bookmark will slightly differ in color and wood pattern; each bookmark is from a unique piece of leather and wood.
We will make our best efforts to let your design come to its full potential, but we would like to point out that a custom product is not refundable based on dissatisfaction on your own design.
