Beautiful item, as desribed. Seller was not responsive to my requests for tracking and the item was 'lost' at the post office for over a week, because it was shipped in a way that required a signature, which I wasn't alerted to. I had no way of picking it up without the tracking number, and went to the post office three times to find it without success. Eventually seller responded with tracking number.
