How are the prints and print sets shipped? How long does it take?

• All orders are shipped within 5 BUSINESS days. Usually it is much quicker (in 1-2 business days) but you know…well, life… so we have to say 5 days. • 11x14 prints and larger are packaged protectively and shipped rolled in cardboard print tubes. • 8x10 prints and smaller are packaged protectively and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer. • Standard shipping is free for shipped within the US. At this time, I am only able to ship physical prints within the United States. Digital products are available worldwide.

Do you offer framing?

Velo Studio does not offer framing at this time. But we do offer easy to frame sized prints. Finding frames that you love is simple - shop locally, online or something you already love. Frames with mats look very nice as well- especially for the 11x14, 8x10, 5x7 and 4x6 sizes. Frames for each size print we sell are available in local stores, chain stores like Target, hobby/craft stores like Michael's. Online stores like Amazon offer many frame choices as well- especially in larger packs for sets - or custom framing options like Frame it Easy and others offer frames just to your unique liking. Pick your favorite style to match your décor or for your gift recipient and select the size prints you want at check out.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Velo Studio does offer digital downloads, and I am in the process of adding more every day. At this time, the background option that is available is primarily the vintage beige background. I am unable to take custom requests, including color requests, for digital products. Digital listings are separate from the same physical print listings- due to Etsy's set up. The listings that are offered as digital downloads will be clearly marked as such in the listing images, as well as the descriptions. The download will be made available immediately after purchase via email that was used to log into Etsy and your Etsy account under "my purchases".

Can I get a different size print than the sizes listed?

Please reach out through the "message seller" link with questions around different sizing options to determine availability and pricing. We will do our best to help meet your request.
