Our hats generally measure about 22 1/2-22 5/8" around when the snapback is fully closed. They can adjust to be approximately 1" larger. Some fabrics have more stretch than others and can vary slightly in fit. The waxed canvas hats have the least stretch while the fleece hats tend to have the most. Our gear is designed to go everywhere you want to take it. Made to take a beating, but still needs to be cleaned from time to time. We recommend hand-washing and drying all our garments to extend their life. How do you wash a hat? 1. Fill up a tub or sink with cold water 2. Add a small amount of eco-friendly detergent 3. Submerge your hat and swish it around for a few minutes 4. Let it soak in the soapy water for about 30 mins 5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water 6. Pat it dry, gently. Do not ring or twist 7. Re-shape it and set it out to dry **Waxed Canvas Hats should not be washed! Washing waxed canvas will ruin the finish. Brush off any dirt or spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary.

This handmade 6-panel, triangle front cap is made from USA-milled cotton duck canvas with a matching black paracord rope accent. A new addition to the collection, this style hat sits up a little higher on the head, than our original 5-panel style.

The front panel is made from the same black canvas fabric and reinforced with a fusible cotton interfacing with features a woven black Ministry of Culture logo in the upper corner. The 100% cotton canvas hat has a black adjustable plastic snap-back closure and is finished with a black fabric sweatband for a comfortable fit around your head.

Brims are industry-standard flexible lightweight plastic and can be bent and molded into your desired shape. Both brim and snapback components are also made in the USA.

Fit/ Sizing:

The hats measure approximately 22.5 inches (a little more than 57 cm) in circumference and can be adjusted with the snapback about 1 - 1.25 inches (2.5 -2.75 cm) larger.

The 6-panel style measures 12.5 inches (31.75 cm) across the top from ear to ear and the height from the center front brim to the top seam measures 6.3 inches (16 cm). It has more of a mid-crown fit.

All hats are sewn individually by me in my studio and are made in limited quantities or made to order.
