Will these decals damage my paintwork?

These decals are easy to apply and will not damage your wall or paintwork! It is important though to follow the information below on how to remove them safely from your walls.

How do I remove my decals safely from my walls?

Should you need to remove your decals completely from the wall, we recommend running a hair dryer briefly over the decals to help soften the adhesive to make them easier to remove. Your decal will not leave any adhesive residue once removed but on a rarity it does leave anything this can simply be removed with a standard adhesive remover such as a citrus cleaner.

Are these decals re-useable or moveable?

These are single use decals, they are not designed to be removed and moved multiple times. If you want to readjust your decals removing them straight after applying them is recommended. After 24 hours the adhesive starts to activate to ensure the decals stay nice and strong on the wall.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. So if you would like to cancel your order please do so within the 24 hours of making the order. After 24 hours your order will be processed and your decals will start to be made.

Can I get a refund or return my decals?

We don't offer refunds on change of mind purchases. Should there be a defect with your decals or they have arrived damaged or you are just not happy with your decals in any way please reach out to us, we are more than happy to resolve the issue for you.

Can I leave a review?

We love hearing from our customers and being part of their decorating journey. We love 5 start reviews but if you feel you have not had a 5 star experience, before leaving a review please reach out to us to see if we can resolve the issue for you. If you are the type of person who is just nasty and just feels they can say what they like without trying to reach out to resolve the issue please don't purchase from us as there is enough hate in the world, we don't need more :)

REMOVAL: Should you need to remove your decals completely from the wall, we recommend running a hair dryer briefly over the decals to help soften the adhesive to make them even easier to remove. It is not a necessary step as the decals are easy to remove if peeled gently from the wall.

SHIPPING: Our decals are made to order so they are dispatched 5-7 business days after ordering. Shipping times vary depending on country and postal service etc. Please note Etsy will give a delivery estimate which can change based on dispatching times and
the postal service. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Should there be a delay with your order or it never arrives we will likely reach out to you as we keep a track of all orders but feel free to reach out to us if you have concerns about delays or your orders arrival.
