Can I make a change to my order?

In order to expedite order processing, we can *not* make any changes to orders after they have been placed (no address changes, shipping method changes, changes to items on the order, combined shipping, etc). If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately to see if we are able to cancel it & you can then place a new order with your correct information. We are not able to grant cancellation requests if the order process has already begun.

I am sales tax exempt. How do I receive a refund on my sales tax?

I have an issue with the order I received. How do I get help?

First, hold onto your packing slip until your issue is resolved! Your packing slip is required for all help requests. Double check your packing slip and the envelope your items arrived in. Oftentimes, missing items are overlooked. If you still have issues, send us a message on Etsy with images of your packing slip AND the items received. Our customer service team will review ASAP to assist you!
