Standard shipping estimated delivery times: Europe: 10-15 days USA & Canada: 15-20days Other destinations: 15-20days DELIVERY TIMES EXTEND SIGNIFICANTLY DURING BUSY PERIODS OF THE YEAR LIKE CHRISTMAS. Parcels shipped with standard mail are available for tracking only within Europe and selected countries outside Europe. Depending on your location local postal services may require signature on collection. Please bear in mind that this information are guidelines only and delivery by any particular date isn't guaranteed. Parcel is shipped as soon as possible but I have no control over it once it's shipped and I cannot be responsible for any delays. Failure to deliver by a specific date will not be the basis for a complaint.

Processing times / Shipping info / Customs fees

Processing times can be checked in item description and applies regardless of shipping method. If you are short of time please contact me prior to purchase. Please make sure the address provided at checkout is correct. The shop will not take responsibility for non-delivery caused by sending to the wrong address. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned to me it can be shipped again. In this case the customer covers the shipping cost again and all possible costs of returning the parcel to the sender. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, duties and taxes and any of these fees will not be refunded.

Text for personalisation

There is no word limit for printed text. Regardless of the amount of text jewellery will look as in the photos. Each cufflink will fit up to 25 characters including spaces. If you wish each cufflink to be engraved with different text please leave a note at checkout. Check your text for mistakes/grammatical errors before sending it as I don’t make any changes or corrections. If you send me only a song title and artist name the lyrics will be taken from azlyric.com website also without any corrections (The only change will be to shorten the repeated chorus so it doesn’t show up all around the cufflinks/jewellery). Please send your wording only in text format, not as a jpg/png file.

Jewellery is protected with multiple layers of water-resistant coating. There is no need to worry if you get caught in the rain or accidentally drop them into the water. However, despite good protection it is important to remember that it is made of paper and require some special care. Store your jewellery in a dry and preferably dark place to protect paper from discolouring, ideally in its dedicated box. Avoid contact with chemicals, detergents, perfume, etc. Don’t expose your jewellery to a long direct contact with moisture. Personalised cufflinks and jewellery are not recommended for everyday use.

If you believe there is something not right with your order after receiving it please contact me as soon as possible and we will find the best possible solution. PERSONALISED ITEMS I cannot accept returns of items made to order unless they arrive damaged or there is personalisation error. NON PERSONALISED ITEMS If you have changed your mind you have 14 days of receiving your purchase to return it without giving a reason. The item has to be in perfect condition, unused and preferably unopened. You as a customer cover the shipping cost. The refund will be made once the product is returned in its original condition. Only the value of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

▪ PROCESS

The process of creating consists of many steps, waste paper is soaked in water and crushed. Next paper pulp is drained, formed by hand and left to dry out. Once dried the paper is hand cut, decorated and finished.

Sheets of paper are made in small batches which means they may slightly differ in shade, thickness and texture. They can also feature tiny cracks on the surface which makes every piece even more unique and one of a kind.
