Can you tell me about printing / paper / frames?

All of my prints are Giclée-printed using the best archival inks, and a natural white 200 GSM fine art paper with a matte finish. Archival Giclée printing the gold standard for producing ‘Museum Grade’ wall art, and is the industry standard for professional galleries and art museums. The frames are made using lightweight ash wood, and are expertly assembled in a dust-free environment, then sealed with a shatterproof perspex glaze. I’m also very passionate about sustainability – The paper and wood I use is all FSC certified (sourced from sustainably managed forests); The inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free and eco-friendly; And the packaging is 100% recyclable! When will my order arrive?

I aim to dispatch orders within 4 business days. Please refer to Etsy's "Estimated arrival" dates for roughly when to expect delivery from the courier. These are usually accurate, however unforeseen delays can occur on the courier's end (especially during cross-border transit). Keep an eye on tracking when it becomes available for the most accurate ETA, and let me know if you experience any issues. Please note that I cannot express production, as the majority of orders are produced same-day, and then join a queue for courier collection. If you have any timing concerns, please contact me before ordering. I may be able to express certain orders for a small fee.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, with some caveats: If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, I will gladly arrange a fuss-free replacement ASAP. Just send me a photo of the problem and I will jump into action. If you no longer want your item/s, or made an mistake with your order, you can request to return within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent tracked, in the original packaging, to my EU returns hub. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. As a small shop, I cannot absorb 'free returns' costs like larger retailers. Thank you for your understanding.

What do I do if there's an order / delivery problem?

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, I will gladly arrange a fuss-free replacement ASAP. Just send me a photo of the problem and I will jump into action. Please contact the courier to resolve delivery issues (such as failed deliveries, collections, customs etc), as I cannot manage these issues on your behalf. If you experience issues that you can’t resolve with the courier, please contact me. Please note that if an order is returned to sender, a re-shipping fee may apply. If your order is marked “Delivered”, please check your building and with neighbours, and contact the courier to request further information. Claims of missing ‘Delivered’ items require formal investigation by the courier, and may take time to resolve.

Is there anything I should be aware of before ordering?

Framed prints: I am currently only able to ship framed prints to UK, EU, USA and Australia. PO Boxes: Not all couriers delivery to PO Boxes, so please be aware of the risks and monitor tracking closely. Canada: Framed prints are not available for Canada due to courier costs. Sizing: The sizes listed in the menu refer to paper size (not frame or image size). Frame width = 2cm on all sides. Please contact me if you’d like to alter or remove any white border shown. US vs ISO sizes: All display images reflect ISO (A-size). If you order a non-ISO size, the artwork will be adjusted (please refer to 'Sizing' image).

Custom and personalised orders

Minor edits to existing artwork are typically free of charge. These include size or aspect ratio adjustments, colour changes, adding / removing / editing text etc. Simply message me your request, I'm always happy to help! I am currently closed for new commissions. However feel free to message me with your concept / request for discussion – I'll be happy to schedule it for the future.

Can I cancel or change my order?

I always allow a 2 hour window in case any mistakes are spotted in the order confirmation email. Once this 2 hour window has elapsed, the order is immediately printed (and framed), and can no longer be changed. The only refund available at this stage = shipping costs. Once the order has been dropped off for courier collection, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed, and shipping costs cannot be recouped. Please note that I do not have warehousing, and so cannot store unwanted / cancelled orders. These items are destroyed, and costs cannot be recouped.

Some TLC tips for your new wall art: When handling unframed prints, make sure your hands are clean and dry, and try to handle the print by its edges (not the face or corner). Avoid wiping the print with your fingers or a cloth, as this can damage the ink – I find a dry microfibre duster works best! Be careful not to scuff dark-ink areas of the artwork. To unroll, clear a clean flat surface and place the print face down (ideally on tissue or parchment paper). Place parchment paper on the rear, and use heavy books, evenly distributed, to naturally flatten the print over 12-24 hours. Avoid using blunt or pointed objects like bowls or paper weights. Use a pencil and spirit level to accurately mark your nail points before hanging!

A note on mounts/mats

I don't currently offer mats (something I hope to change in the future). If you plan to add a mat when framing, please message me to confirm your 'window' size. I can make edits to ensure the art space perfectly fits your mat window, such printing full size (no white border) or adjusting the size of the art space. It's not possible to provide a default that suits everyone's needs, and mat windows greatly vary, so I'm more than happy to make any artwork adjustments per your specific needs.
