We have no control over how long your country's customs officials will hold a package, nor do we have any way of predicting how long they will take. We will not be held responsible for delivery times as it is out of my control.

We are not responsible for any tax or custom fees associated with your purchase. Many countries will charge custom/tax fees in order to receive your package. These fees are NOT extra shipping charges.
Any packages that are not claimed through your local customs officials and/or post office due to unpaid custom fees/taxes, incorrect address provided, etc. may get sent back to us. If the package is returned back to us for the reasons listed above, you will inquire a re-delivery fee & your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
