Custom 5 panel hats with REAL LEATHER patches laser engraved with your business logo or custom design. Each patch is made to order in Portland, OR and then fully STITCHED to the 5 panel hat.

You can order just 1 hat or 100+! We use YP 7005 Hats with an adjustable back strap and have several color options in stock or can custom order a specific color or style if you are placing a bulk order.


How to Order:
1. Select 5 panel hat color, patch color & shape, adjust quantities in your cart, and then checkout.
2. Once the order is placed you can send your logo or design via Etsy messages. Please make sure that the logo is black and white and in PDF, JPG, PNG or SVG format.


Post Purchase:
1. We will send you a digital proof of the design to approve.
2. Once the proof is approved our lead time is 3-5 business days to make your custom hats.
3. Hats arrive in the mail!

Additional Product Details:
- Patches are made from real, full-grain leather, hand-dyed, and then stitched to the hats in our Portland, OR shop.
- Leather color options are brown, tan, or black.
- We can engrave any logo, text, or design on the patches using our laser engraving machine.
- Default patch shapes are circle (2.25in), rectangle (2.5x1.5in), square (1.85in), and hexagon (2.75x1.75in). We can also make custom shapes to fit your logo if requested. Maximum custom shape size is 2.75in width x 2.25in height.
