To measure a pillow cover, lay the empty cover on a flat surface and pull the side seam taut against a tape measure. To measure a pillow insert, pinch the two top corners of the pillow and pull the top seam as tight as you can while holding it next to a tape measure, then add a little length to your measurement (usually 1/2 inch) to get an approximate size.

The quality of the cushion is A1 but it was made in the wrong size. The company gave me an immediate full refund so great customer service. That said, buyers need to know of hidden fees that will be charged by the delivery company. I had to pay UPS $39 to receive the package. I asked the seller about this and was told they would ask UPS about it. I was just informed that they did not receive an”favourable reply” from UPS but they offered me a discount on my next order. I appreciate their efforts but won’t be dealing with the seller again given the considerable extra amounts customers are charged for delivery.
