Message me within 1-2 hours of placing your order. I prepare shipments as soon as I can after receiving an order. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their shipping address. If a product has already shipped out, the buyer must repay the replacement shipping cost.

If it has been over 3 weeks (domestic) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact me to see whether I can do anything for you.

Please note that I am NOT responsible for any lost mail. Once your item has been marked as shipped, your package is completely out of my hands and is the responsibility of the post office.

However, please do contact me and I may be able to offer you a courtesy resend. This is dependent on the order and the customer as it would be out of pocket for me.

All orders have tracked shipping! You will get the tracking number in your shipping notification email.

No, I currently only sell within the United States. I do not take international orders. That may change, so check the store for updates!
