How do I download my digital printable files?

You can access your files from your Etsy account on a web browser under Your Account > Purchases > Download Files. From Etsy, select "Your Account" at the top right of the screen. Then, select "Purchases." Scroll down to your order. Then, to the right of your order, select "Download Files." You will then download a PDF file with a link to our Google drive where you can download your files. PLEASE NOTE: Etsy app does not support digital downloads. You must use a web browser. Please contact us if you need any help.

Where Can I Print My Digital Artwork?

You have several options to print your digital artwork: 1. Print-On-Demand: Check out Printify's wide assortment of beautiful canvas and poster options: 🌟Canvas: https://try.printify.com/JadeDreams-Canvas 🌟Poster: https://try.printify.com/JadeDreams-Posters 2. Local Print Shops: Check your local area for print shops or copy centers such as Staples, Fedex, and the UPS Store. 3. Home Printing: If you have the necessary equipment and skills, you can also consider printing your digital artwork at home. Invest in a good quality printer and canvas paper to achieve the best results.

Do you offer different file sizes?

Yes! Please send us a message on Esty if you are interested in a different file size.

Do you sell printed and shipped wall art?

Currently, I only offer digital download items.

What type of paper do you recommend printing on?

FRAMED ART: For framed art, we recommend printing on either matte or semi-gloss poster paper. 1. Matte: Matte paper is a smooth, non-reflective paper that is great for art with a lot of detail and intricate patterns. It reduces glare and is often used for fine art prints. 2. Satin: Satin paper strikes a balance between matte and glossy. It provides a slight sheen while preserving the rich colors and detail in your digital art. CANVAS ART: Our wall art also looks beautiful printed directly on canvas which adds texture and depth to your artwork. The choice ultimately depends on your artistic intent and personal preference. You can request sample prints from your print provider to see which one complements your wall art the best.
