Because everything is handmade to order and dispatch and shipping times are clearly displayed if there needs to be a cancellation of an order by the buyer after the 1 hour cancellation period but before the item is shipped then the refund will be minus 25% of the item price , for time that has been spent on the item and for fee's paid.

Custom pieces - Once the 1 hour cancellation time has passed we will not be able to cancel a custom order as usually preparations have been made to start on the custom piece ( ie ... Engraving you personalized text )

Custom pieces - We do not accept returns on custom pieces as these are made just for you with your personal requests.

All our item will be presented in a gift box. Please not on rare occasions I may become out of stock of the box shown in the photo but another suitable box will be used instead.

If you have chosen the tracked Express shipping and not yet received your package please contact your Postal service with the Tracking number as they will be able to give you up to date information.

If your order is returned back to me because you have given an incomplete or incorrect address then you will be required to repay the shipping charges to have it resent.

A refund will not be given due to the time spent making your order and parts that can't be reused.

When your jewelry isn’t being worn, it is a good idea to store it in some sort of anti-tarnish container, such as tarnish-resistant pouch or a lined box with tarnish resistance. Also not to keep it next to other items of jewelry as this can scratch the pearls.

Take off your jewelry for bathing, including washing your hands or when swimming and at night when you go to bed to reduce contact with bare skin.

Lotions, cosmetics, hair spray, hair products and perfumes are also not good for silver and will accelerate tarnishing.

We do try and use the gift boxes shown in the photo's but on occasions we do become out of stock and may need to use an alternative gift box than the one shown.
