ORDERING PROCESS

▪︎ Your order will be packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve and a hard backed envelope, or postal tube for A3 and A2 sizes.
▪︎ We will then send your item using Royal Mail Postage and will be dispatched within 2 working days.

*Please note for buyers outside of the UK, delays can occur at customs which is out of our control and Etsy does not take these delays into account when giving an estimated delivery date. Please keep up to date with your tracking information to track the progress of your item.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You can cancel your order if the item(s) have not yet been dispatched.
In the event of you wanting to cancel or return your item, you must provide a valid reason for this and a full refund will only be eligible after the item(s) have been received and reviewed for their condition for re-sell.

Personalised orders can only be cancelled if the work has not been undertaken and a preview has not yet been sent to the buyer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised items due to these being made-to-order as these cannot be re-sold.

Conditions of return:

- Buyer can return or exchange this item
- Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
- Buyer cannot return personalised items as these are made-to-order and cannot be re-sold
