-The design is made of DTF (Direct-to-Film) print.
-All of our sizes are unisex sizing which you can refer to the size chart for the exact measurements. Sizes may differ for different brands.
-Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding questions about the items (sizes, shirt colors, design font colors, etc.)
-Please note that we are using various brands. Such as Circle, Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Gildan Softstyle, Smart, Next Level, and Rustic United. Some of these brands has equal qualities to each other. Due to stock shortage, we are using different brands to not keep any orders back!
-We will have to charge more for sweatshirts and hoodies if you request another brand such as Bella Canvas. You can always contact us for questions.
-If you have any questions or preference on the type of brand, please do not hesitate to contact us and note your request when ordering.

-FOR THE TSHIRTS: The heather colors are mix of both cotton and polyester, the regular colors are 100% cotton but may differ for different colors. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding this matter before ordering!
-FOR THE SWEATSHIRTS AND HOODIES: The material is a mix of both cotton and polyester for all colors.


- HOW TO ORDER? -

- PROCESSING TIME -
We are so excited to offer to you expedited processing on all our orders, which may take anywhere from 1 - 2 business days.

- NEXT DAY SHIPPING -
Please be aware that the "ship date" DOES NOT mean the actual "delivery date."
SHIPPING DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives at you.
- ARRIVAL -
- DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days.
Therefore, it generally takes 5- 7 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.

- CARE INSTRUCTIONS -
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Hang-dry for longest life or tumble-dry on low.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design area.
- Do not dry clean.
