Proccesing Time & Shipping

All packages are sent via Israel post office registered mail, with a tracking number. The tracking number will appear in your order details and shipping notification after your order is sent. Order handling time is between 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time usually takes 10-21 business days. You can upgrade to express shipping during checkout. Express shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note - during the holidays, the delivery time might be longer than usual. All orders ship to the address you provided in your order details. If you need to change the address - please contact me prior to shipping. Please note, I can not guarantee deliveries when shipped to public locations such as workplaces, hotels, etc.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I take extra care & precaution when packaging your order to make sure your items arrive to you safely. Every jewelry piece is packed in a jewelry box with a thread. I always add a private note written by my hand to every order. I would be happy to include a greeting card in cases in which the order is for a gift- just write your gift message during checkout.

To keep your jewelry in mint condition as it was made - please avoid exposing it to water or perfume.

My necklace arrived and on a fluke it fell apart. I contacted the seller right away and she assured me that this had never happened before, that she could repair it and get it back to me right away. She did all of those things and it came out great! I wore it a wedding in Hawaii and many complemented me on it and wondered what type of lei it was! It took to calling it a “book lei”… it was a wonderful conversation piece and I am grateful I invested in such a special piece.
