Whether you want to spoil yourself or send a gift to someone you love, you can be sure that I wrap all my items beautifully and with great care. My jewelry pieces come in a handmade white cotton pouch printed with my logo and are put in a printed kraft box. You can have a sneak peak of my packaging at my listings' photos.
If you wish, I can include a personalized card with a message on you behalf. Just leave the message you wish at "Note to Seller" box during checkout. I do not include a bag however, so please contact me if you absolutely need one.

All my items are made to order, and I rarely keep stock pieces. I will start processing your order 12 hours after your purchase. And that is because I accept cancellations within that period. If you have ordered a non plated sterling silver piece of jewelry, I will ship your order from 3 to 5 days after your purchase. If you have bought a gold or rhodium plated piece, I will need a couple more days, but it won't take more than 6 days to ship your item.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your jewelry, I will gladly take it back. However bear in mind that you're responsible for the cost of return shipping and that I need to receive the item in its original condition. So, make sure to pack it snugly in a box of similar size and durability, if you don't have the original one.
As soon as I receive the piece, I will proceed with the refund or exchange process (with items of same or higher value). Remember to contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll guide you through the process.

I make and wrap all my jewelry with great care, so that it gets delivered safely anywhere in the world. However, I don't have control over the package after it ships, so I am not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Having said that, in the rare occasion that this happens, the sooner you contact me, the better. I assure you that I will do my best to find a solution!

It is natural that all metal jewelry will tarnish or become dull over time. How soon, depends on your skin, air humidity and how you store it. To keep your jewelry in the best possible condition for as long as you possibly can:

• Put it on last to avoid contact with makeup, lotion, perfumes
• Remove it before going to bed
• Clean it occasionally with a soft cloth
• Store individually to avoid scratching or tangling with each other
• Remove when showering, bathing, swimming or at the spa
• Remove before household chores and physical activities

If you need to reverse the tarnishing process or need to refresh plating, always trust a specialized professional. Feel free to contact me in case you need some advice.

I do my best to minimize my shops' ecological footprint:
• I recycle all my metal scrap be it sterling silver or bronze, as well as past collections samples and delisted items
• I do not keep stock
• I work with local suppliers to avoid unnecessary goods' transportation
• For my packaging, I have selected local suppliers with very small MOQ to avoid unnecessary production of materials.
• In my packaging, I use materials that can either be reused or recycled. Only exception is the padded outer envelop I use for non European Union orders, and that is until I find an eco - friendly solution locally. EU orders are packed in a recyclable DHL envelops
