How do I get to my Corjl File?

Thank you for your purchase! Access your item by doing one of the following: 1. CHECK YOUR EMAIL A message from Corjl will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 15 minutes of your purchase. Click on the provided link, then follow the prompts to create an account and access your item. Please check your junk mail if you don't see the email. OR 2. GO TO CORJL.COM Go to Corjl.com and click on Edit a Purchased Item. Enter the email OR username that is associated with your Etsy account & the order number (not transaction number) of your purchased item. Next, create an account to access your items.

Where can I print my file?

Your digital file can be printed at home, at a local photo lab or at any professional printer or office store. For best results, print on heavy card stock paper or photo paper. Can I use my file to send digitally?

Yes, of course! Simply Download your file as a JPG and send as you wish.

I can't find all my files on my Corjl account

Thank you for your purchase! Only items that are editable are available on your Corjl account. Files that are not editable are considered instant downloads and are delivered to you via ETSY.com. For directions to download those files please see "Downloading My Instant Download Order" section above.

Can You Print My File?

At this time I do not provide printing services. I do however provide a printing guide with all orders. This guide provides both online and walk-in printing options. As well as directions and tips for printing at home.
