I charge a flat rate on domestic orders and offer free shipping on orders over $35. USPS has increased prices recently which ultimately means I have to do the same (sorry).. I will ship regular USPS with tracking except on certain small items that ship in a business size envelope in the standard mail without tracking.

I am not responsible or in control of mail delivery, and packages unfortunately do get lost sometimes, and it is out of my control.
If your order was sent to a wrong address that was provided, you will have to place another order.

Jewelry and Craft Supplies I sell are small parts and not intended for children and could potentially be choking hazards.

Shipping fees on orders are not refundable. Request for refund must be confirmed with me within 2 business days of customer receiving order and customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing me tracking.

Refund will be provided once I receive the returned item and inspect it to see it’s in the same condition.

Domestic orders (that have customer paid shipping with tracking) placed by December 12th *should* deliver by Christmas, however due to the holidays I cannot guarantee an on time delivery if usps experiences delays. There’s a chance orders placed by Dec 16th/17th may arrive before Christmas depending on your location.

If an incorrect item or quantity was ordered please message me within 24 hours to notify me before the order is sent.

Please read item descriptions. Quite a few of the products I sell are either plastic/acrylic or alloy charms. These materials are not designed to withstand long term wear and tear. If you are unhappy with your purchase send me a message with pictures so we can determine if the product does not align with the description and find a resolution.
