Our current processing time is 1-3 days or 3-5 days for personalized orders. Processing time does not include delivery time.

We do our best to ship your item as soon as possible but during very busy times (before Holidays), it may take the full stated processing time. Processing and estimated delivery times vary from item to item and can be found in their respective listings.

We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

The estimated delivery time 2-4 weeks reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may be subject to longer transit time due to other circumstances such as public state holidays, customs formalities, and other delays.

STANDARD SHIPPING: We use a reliable forwarding company to offer our customers the best shipping cost and speed of delivery. US orders are shipped via UPS/USPS, other international orders are shipped via UkrPoshta.

SHIPPING UPGRADES: Please contact us before checkout if you need a shipping upgrade.

Some countries could charge duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use Ukrposha international registered airmail to ship orders.
Your order should arrive within 3-8 weeks after it was shipped.
The full tracking is available. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is required.

US ORDERS
We use a forwarding company to ship orders to the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS.

Packages with pre-printed shipping labels are shipped to our forwarding company, are taken to the United States, and then transferred to UPS Mail Innovations(US orders) or USPS.

We will send you the UPS/USPS tracking number with your shipment notification email. The tracking can show pre-transit for about 7 business days while the package is on the way to the United States.

WRONG ADDRESS. Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! If you noticed a mistake, contact us asap. We won't be able to correct the shipping address once the item is shipped.
We can not be responsible for the loss or misdelivery of such packages.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels unless it's an error on our part.

NO TRACKING UPDATES. Please contact us for more information about your package.

PACKAGE DELAYS. Normal delivery time is 2-8 weeks(up to 10 weeks to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Israel, Australia). Please be mindful of the potential delays. If your delivery is time-sensitive as we are unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances.

RETURNS: Personalized items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us to confirm.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon arrival, we will reimburse the items' purchase price. The original shipping costs and state taxes will not be refunded.

If your package was returned to sender as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, please be aware there are non-refundable fees.

EXCHANGES: Please note that all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless it was our mistake.

CANCELATIONS: If you wish to cancel order (before it was sent), please, note, there could be non-refundable fees.

••• Cleaning Wooden Toys •••
Wood has natural antibacterial properties. Bacteria can not live on dry wood for long. Wipe your wooden toys with a damp cloth when they look dirty. Never submerge your toys in water or allow them to be wet for a long time - the wood can soak up the water and crack or warp.
If one notices any rough spots or splinters on a wooden toy during the cleaning process, smooth it out with sandpaper from your local hardware store.

Can be hand-washed with mild soap. Never submerge toys with wooden details in water or allow them to be wet for a long time - the wood can soak up the water and crack.

Please note that the color of an item received may slightly vary due to your monitor color settings.

Also, because of the nature of the wood, there might be a slight difference in the shade and grain of the wood in the toy you receive from the pictured one.
