Yes! Nearly all of our products can be customized and personalized! You can find the listings right from my shop page, or just message us in Etsy Messenger and I can send you the direct link!

All of my listings have a picture for size details for the item. If you can't find it above, please message me and I can help!

How long will my item take to arrive?

I personally hand- make all the items you see here in the shop! Typically I will ship all items, even custom, within 3-5 business days.

Can I see a mockup of my order?

For most items, especially laser engraved, its really difficult to show an exact mockup due to the special software being used. But I will ALWAYS reach out before sending any item if I feel a different picture is needed to give you the perfect gift. I'm also happy to answer any questions if you'd like to message me through Etsy messenger. Blurry photos can be upscaled and be cleaned up for free but we work with the photos YOU send in!

I dislike my engraving? Can I get a replacement or refund?

Yes, you can request a replacement or refund, but there are some conditions to consider: Replacement: You can get a replacement for your item. Provide proof of the issue with the engraving. Refund: A refund may be possible, but typically, you would need to return the item. Please note that refunds usually cover the cost of the item itself, and not shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on the part of the seller.
