How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times will be based on your selection at checkout (these are estimates and not a guaranteed arrival times) USPS $1.25 shipping = 4-7 business days USPS First Class = 3-5 business days USPS Priority = 1-3 business days Unfortunately, once we ship your order it is at the mercy of USPS and we cannot be held responsible for delays by USPS.

My order shipped, where is it?

If you selected the $1.25 shipping option, tracking updates are only available through Etsy or the Pitney Bowes website (parcelsapp.com/en/tracking) Please keep in mind, I see the same tracking information you do, I’m unable to access any additional details These labels don't always update tracking correctly. Here are a few things you might notice: 1. Tracking stays in "Pre-Transit" - This doesn’t mean your package isn’t on the way! It simply means it may not have been scanned into the system 2. Shows "Delivered" early - Sometimes, your package is marked as delivered when it reaches your local post office. It will typically arrive within 1–3 days If you haven't received your order within 10 days of shipping, please reach out!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The item was sent out immediately. Had a little issue with the post office - the delay was their fault. The seller responded immediately to help resolve the issue. This was a great experience all around.
