Yes many and most items are able to be personalized. See the listing description for info on customizing your goodies (or send me a convo) and if it is able to be customized, you simply leave me your personalization in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout and we use the font pictured for your message. Production & the Time it takes to make an Item BEFORE it ships

Just leaving a note at checkout WILL NOT ensure a faster turnaround time as I dont see the notes till the order is pulled for production.** *EXPRESS MAIL is guaranteed by USPS to arrive in 2 business days or your shipping $ back - HONEY VERSE does NOT guarantee DELIVERY only our SHIP OUT DATE. Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In some cases these fees can cost as much as the item itself so know your import fees on jewelry before you order, it's important for you to find out before purchasing as once it ships you will be responsible for any extra fees upon delivery I simply charge the rate it costs me to ship to your country, extra fees are taxes from your country on imported goods. Customs can delay packages. I do my very best to ship earlier than scheduled and give your package a little more time to arrive but I am not responsible for delays caused by customs. They can hold packages indefinitely and you will need to work with them if they are holding/delaying it.

If an item is marked as 'DELIVERED' by USPS or FEDEX we CANNOT offer REFUNDS OR RESHIPS (this is ETSY policy and our policy.} You will need to contact your carrier direct and file a police report - we cannot do anything once its marked DELIVERED. Avoid this problem altogether and select the SIGNATURE required services at checkout. WE CANNOT CHANGE AN ADDRESS ON AN ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED. Please Cancel and Reorder. *Orders over $120 will auto ship with free Signature Confirmation.* We GUARANTEES our SHIP OUT DATE, NOT DELIVERY {1st Class & Priority are ESTIMATED delivery dates, Express is guaranteed by USPS but if they are late delivering they will only refunds shipping costs - we do not accept returns bc USPS delivered late}

Always clean your sterling and gold filled/or/plated pieces GENTLY with a polishing cloth. Do NOT use harsh chemical cleaners as they do more harm than good. We include a 'how to' jewelry cleaning card with every piece you order:)

Gift wrapping and packaging

All Honey Verse goodies come gift boxed and wrapped in twine ready to gift! Want to add a note from you bc you are shipping direct? No problem, just leave me your short note at checkout to include with your item:)

Signature Confirmation

We advise adding Signature Confirmation to your order to ensure safe receipt of your goodies. Once an item is marked DELIVERED by USPS we CANNOT refund or reship {this is Etsy policy and USPS & FedEx policy to avoid internet shopping fraud}. We will not be able to help once it is mark delivered. You will need to contact the carrier direct and file a police report for stolen mail. You can avoid this problem altogether by selecting the Signature Confirmation Services at checkout. **Orders over $120 will automatically be shipped with Signature Confirmation to ensure safe receipt of your items:)**

Choosing a Necklace Length

We offer 3 lengths at checkout on most of our pieces - 16", 18", & 20". If you have any questions or are ordering as a gift please contact us we ate glad to help and When in doubt the most commonly ordered size is 18" & is considered to fall just below the collar line on the average US woman.

• SCREEN PRINT TRANSFER vs VINYL IRON-ONs - Screen Print Transfers are actually ink designs we created that are transferred onto our tees and sweatshirts from a transfer sheet in house. They are made of the same plastisol ink found on screen printed tshirts - basically screen printing without the extra mess of all the paints as these are ready to apply. These are not vinyl iron ons - which can peel and curl off. We use high quality Screen Print Transfers only with a softer more plyable feel to them then you would find with vinyl designs.
