Yes, every DecorLina product includes free name personalization. We hand-embroider your child's name (up to 10 characters) on a soft white textile patch. Simply leave the name in the "Note to seller" box at checkout. We also accept fully custom orders — message us with your idea and we'll discuss size, color, animal, and design details together. Every piece is handmade to order from Shaggy Minky fabric.

Each listing includes detailed size photos showing the rug next to a standard crib for scale. Our DecorLina animal rugs are designed to fit nursery spaces and play areas. If you need a custom size, please message us — we can adjust dimensions for most designs since every piece is handmade to order from Shaggy Minky fabric. Size options vary by product type (rugs, pillows, wall mounts, storage baskets).

All DecorLina animal rugs are machine washable. Wash on a short, delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F) with gentle detergent. Do not use bleach. The non-slip base and Shaggy Minky surface maintain their quality through repeated washes. For wall mounts, we recommend spot cleaning to maintain their shape. Pillows and baskets can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All DecorLina items are packed very securely to ensure safe delivery. Some packages are vacuum sealed to meet courier size requirements, so they may not look "gift-like" on arrival — but the product inside is perfect. Every piece includes free hand-embroidered name personalization, making it a meaningful keepsake gift for baby showers, baptisms, first birthdays, or nursery decor.

Will I pay customs fees if I order from the US?

No. I ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all US import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are fully prepaid by me and already included in the product price for US customers. Your package will be delivered straight to your door with NO additional charges at delivery. This applies to all DecorLina products shipped to the United States via A1POST, one of Etsy's officially recommended carriers for Bulgaria (Nov 19, 2025). Free shipping is included on every order.

Shaggy Minky is a premium plush fabric with a long, fluffy texture that feels incredibly soft. Our products use a 3-layer structure: ultra-soft Shaggy Minky surface (non-shedding, hypoallergenic), soft polyester wadding for cushioned support, and a non-slip base. All materials are baby-safe with no small parts, no sharp edges, and no toxic dyes. Machine washable at 30°C for easy cleaning.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 3-6 business days because every piece is handmade to order. Shipping: USA — free shipping via A1POST (Etsy-recommended DDP carrier for Bulgaria), 6-8 days, all US tariffs and import duties PREPAID by seller (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid), no fees at delivery. EU — free shipping, 6-8 days. Canada — 10-20 days. Australia — 30-45 days. All orders include tracking. We never mass-produce — each DecorLina piece is cut, sewn, and packed by hand in Bulgaria.

The basket is so cute and great quality. A little bit smaller than preferred/needed and for the price. Perfect for just decor, the measurements are pretty transparent just when arrived a little smaller than I need.
