For canvas art where you offer a preview, do I see an art proof before or after I pay? What can be customized?

After. The purchase starts the process on my end where I'll create an art proof for you to review (typically by the next day but sometimes I need two). Once you approve, I'll create your custom canvas print. I require my clients to purchase first, otherwise I would spend all day creating free looks for people still window shopping. I'm ok if I miss a few sales. Thank you for understanding. Typically anything art related can be personalized. But I do not offer custom sizes at this time.

Where are you based and where do you ship from?

We're in Florida where I create all my art. Our global canvas partner then prints, hand stretches your canvas around solid pine stretcher bars, packs your art securely and then ships from one of their facilities: * 🇺🇸 US: my art is printed on hand stretched canvases in and shipped from our partner in either CA, TX, or NC. * 🇨🇦 Canada: my art is printed on hand stretched canvases in and shipped from our partner in either Vancouver or Toronto. * 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: my art is printed on hand stretched canvases in and shipped from our partner in Melbourne. * 🇬🇧 UK: my art is printed on hand stretched canvases in and shipped from our partner in Aldershot, Hampshire, England.

How do you ship? Can you deliver to POBoxes? Do you offer "Rush" shipping?

Several carriers including UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail and many others depending upon the size and destination. Every shipment includes tracking and insurance. It is rare, but occasionally I might use a different carrier, typically for my largest sizes, based on your address. Rush shipping is not available.

Can I change the address after I order?

No. Consistent with Etsy policy, I can ship only to the address on the order. This helps prevent fraudulent purchases.

My art arrived damaged - what do I do?

Unfortunately accidents occasionally happen during transit. Simply contact me within a week of delivery and provide a photo of the damage of the canvas and also damage of the shipping carton. Then I’ll quickly replace with the same art. No other action required on your end as you've already been inconvenienced enough.

I think I received someone else's order - what do I do?

Contact me as soon as possible and provide a photo(s). I’ll follow-up if I have any questions or need additional photos. And if I made a mistake, I’ll quickly create and ship a replacement based on the original order.

My shipment appears lost according to tracking - what should I do?

Carriers such as UPS typically considers an item “lost” after 7 consecutive days without scanning or a tracking update. Contact me if your item is lost in transit and I’ll send a replacement based on the original order.

Tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive anything - what are next steps?

Contact me as soon as possible so I can investigate. If the carrier provides a photo of the order delivered but it isn’t the delivery address, I’ll send a replacement. If the photo matches the delivery address, then a replacement will not be sent. You should file a police report if you believe it was stolen after being delivered.

What’s your cancelation policy? Can I change my order (size, format, background, font)?

For custom orders, you may cancel or request changes up to the art proof stage for any reason (excluding pet portraits). Once you approve, the art immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled or modified. For non custom orders, production can often start the same day as your purchase. Therefore we do not accept any changes or cancellations once the purchase goes through.

Are your medical task service dogs really at Disney?

More than me. And Tater had his own name tag when he worked at Disney. Now he works at Universal. It might appear cool to have your pet at Disney - please don’t. The parks are hot, over stimulating and stressful for most. It takes us years of continuous training visits to desensitize them to all of the noises, people and distractions.
