How can I download my files?

Make sure you are logged into Etsy with a valid email account. Once your payment has been accepted, Etsy will send you an email containing a link to download your file(s) right away. Alternatively, you can click on your icon (upper right corner) then "Purchases and reviews". From there, you will be able to locate your transaction and download your files.

My download says it is empty, corrupted or damaged?

The file(s) probably did not download properly. Delete the file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again. If you still have problems downloading the file(s), please let me know, I will be glad to help you.

Can I customise my order?

Yes you can request for size customisation only. Please note that each order is limited to only one size customisation request.
