No, please hand wash in warm soapy water A soft nylon brush works well with detailed cookie cutters.

Can I chose the colour of my cookie cutter?

I currently use blue and black PLA filament for my cookie cutters and stamps with turquois green as a backup when filaments are on back order. The colour you receive will depend on what's loaded in the printer at the time but I'm flexible so message me if you have a preference for blue or black.

Why is dough sticking in my detailed cookie cutter?

Not all dough works with detailed cookie cutters. The sugar cookie recipe I send has been well tested and it is what I recommend. Other bakers have had success with gingerbread and shortbread recipes. Prepackaged sugar cookie dough from the supermarket does not work. It's crucial that dough is rolled to 1/4". Rolling gauges that ensure the correct thickness can be purchased online. If you prefer to roll your dough thicker, contact me before purchase and I can modify the cutter to work for you. Many listings such as the Construction Truck set and the Hockey Skate now have videos detailing the "rocking technique" best used when working with detailed cookie cutters.

This cookie cutter as pictured is approximately 3.5 inches by 2.9 inch and 0.47 inches high.
Also available in 2.25 inches by 1.9 inches.

3D printed using PLA, a biodegradable plastic made from starchy grains such as corn, potatoes, wheat, or even beets. PLA decomposes into water and carbon dioxide in a commercial composting facility at temperatures above 90 degrees Celsius. It is plastic though so don't try eating it :)

For detailed cookie cutters roll dough to 1/4". This will leave a 3mm imprint in the dough. For more complex designs, press down on one side of cutter, lift a little (not completely off), press down on the other side of the cutter, lift off a little then press down on all sides and wiggle cookie cutter off of dough.

Colour may vary.
