PRINTING PROCESS

Our t-shirts are printed direct-to-garment. This means that the ink sinks into the fabric, or has an underlayer that sinks into the fabric, as opposed to surface-pressed vinyl.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

These items are made to order. We don’t send our designs to print until you order them. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size discrepancies or buyer’s remorse. Please use provided size guides to accurately assess fit.

However, if there are any issues with the fabric, print, etc., we ARE able to reach out to our printing partners for a no-cost replacement. For example:
• Image is cut off
• Ink colors are noticeably incorrect
• Garment is not true to size
If this is the case, please be prepared to provide images (required by print facilities) to explain any error(s).

We will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests can only be fulfilled if the item has not yet been printed and thus will depend on timing.

If requested, we can reach out to our print facilities to determine whether a cancellation is possible.

SIZING
• Please use provided size guides among listing images to assess fit
• Please note that these shirts are sized for unisex, as opposed to women’s fitted shirts. For a more fitted look, you may want to select a smaller size than normal.
• For comparison, choose a shirt at home that fits the way you like, lay it flat, and measure it armpit to armpit in inches. Use this number as a reference to compare to our size guide.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Wash inside out in cold water on gentle. Air dry or tumble dry on low.
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

OTHER NOTES

If you are ordering multiple items from our shop, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. This will not apply to multiples of the exact same item, which are processed and shipped by the same printing company.
