Pricing on Painted Nursery Letters

Unless sold as a set or a finished sign, painted nursery letters are priced per individual letter, not per name. Since every name is spelled differently, with different numbers of letters, we must charge per letter. Connected letters are also priced per letter, not per name.

Painted Nursery Letters are priced based on the first letter height in your name or word on most fonts, usually that first uppercase letter. Lowercase letters are proportioned and may not be the same height as the tallest letter in your name/word. When ordering 10-inch letters, for instance, all smaller lowercase letters are still considered 10-inch letters because they are only proportionate to your uppercase 10-inch letter. We are happy to send measurement details on your custom name or word. We can manipulate and adjust most fonts!

All of our products are made-to-order in our studio. Based on our studio's current order volume, the following turnaround times apply with some fluctuations: Unpainted Wood Shapes ship in about 2 to 8 business days. Acrylic Party Decor ships in 6 to 8 business days. Unpainted/Unfinished Wood Letters ship in about 2 weeks. Solid Color Painted Wall Letters & Nursery Decor ship in about 4 weeks. Designer Customized Painted Wall Letters, Designer Painted Nursery Decor and Bed Crown Canopies ship in about 5 to 6 weeks. Please check our shop announcement for any shop schedule updates! Ship dates are estimates and may fluctuate a little depending on current order volume.

Do You Accept Returns or Cancellations?

We can process cancellations within 24 to 48 hours. After that, materials will have been acquired for made-to-order items and put into our studio's order time line production process and cancellations are not accepted. Since every order is custom made and normally cannot be resold, we do not accept returns on most items. If your order is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, you must provide photo proof of damage within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will replace your damaged items.

Do You Provide Proofs?

We provide font graphic samples for every order. We provide preliminary design sketches upon request.

When Is Christmas Order Cut-off?

We cannot offer Christmas delivery on custom painted orders placed after October 1st. We do not offer rush orders during the months of October, November or December. Please order way in advance if needed by December 24th.
