◘ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
For a Return, write to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) of the return, as well as any items lost or damaged in the process.
All items must be returned as soon as possible in the original condition and packaging. Glo&Sons has the right to deny a return or withhold part of the refund if you don't meet the requirements of the return policy.
For Changes, we'll send a non-expiring voucher for the value of the item once received in our workshop to use it to purchase another Glos&sons product. In case of Change, the client will assume the corresponding shipping costs and taxes if are generated.
We carefully inspect all our pieces before sending them, if an item arrives damaged you must write to us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange the repair or exchange.
Personalized Orders, since they're made at the request and taste of the client, don't have the right to return or refund. In these cases, throughout the production process, we'll ensure, through photographs and videos, that the customer's expectations are met.
Returns or changes are not accepted after 30 calendar days from delivery.
◘ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
The only entity authorized to open the package during transit is the local Customs. All packages opened by Customs will have the corresponding seal, so we're not responsible for any damage that such action may cause. However, we'll do our best to prevent this situation from occurring by including all relevant customs forms and/or content information.
If a package is lost during transit, Glo&Sons will take care of filing the necessary claims to locate the shipment. These processes usually last several days but the client will be informed when required and we'll provide a copy of the claims and responses from the shipping companies.
◘ RETURN MAIL:
Glo&Sons isn't responsible for incorrect shipping details that may appear on your Etsy order. Check that the information is correct before finalizing your purchase or send us a message as soon as possible with the corrections or changes.
We offer the possibility of resending the order once it has arrived back at our workshop. In that case, we'll send a message to confirm the address and instructions to pay the forwarding costs in advance.
All expenses derived from a Return (transport costs and taxes if generated) for whatever reason will be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund of the item.
◘ ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Glo&Sons try our best to meet the estimates but we cannot guarantee them. If you need your order for a certain date, please indicate it in the "Personalization" field or write us a message. Glo&Sons isn't responsible for delays due to "absent addressee".
We're unable to resolve cases of delivery delays prior to a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. Please understand that once the order is shipped, transit and delivery times are totally out of our control.
◘ FEES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES:
Customs fees and/or tariffs that may apply will be borne by the customer. Glo&Sons isn't responsible for delays due to customs or incidents in the postal services of the destination countries.
◘ PACKAGING:
At Glo&Sons we're respectful of the environment. Our packaging is made with recycled paper without chlorine treatment and free of plastics as far as possible, trying to guarantee the integrity and safety of the pieces during shipment.
Please recycle the disposable elements of the packaging.
