CUSTOM ORDERS

I welcome your ideas, but I can fill only a limited number of custom orders.

I require payment for a custom order in advance, and I will hold the order open for 10 days. If it is not purchased in that time, it will be cancelled.

From experience, I've learned what I can and cannot do:

I can make an animal in another color (if I can find that color felt).
I can make a small set of my existing animals. But I cannot complete bulk orders.

I cannot make an animal bigger (or smaller).
I cannot make an animal I have never made before!
I cannot replicate your animal from a photo. For that, see shops for "needle felted animals." They do beautiful work!

WASHING
I do not recommend washing these little animals because of the hand stitching. Do not submerge in water. You can spot clean the animal with a little soap and water. You can also run a lint roller over it. That works pretty well!

The option "mark as a gift" does not mean gift wrapping! It just means the receipt will have no price information. You can request a gift message for the recipient, which will be printed on the receipt. I do not offer additional price gift wrapping.

Items are shipped First Class Mail, USPS within 1-3 business days. I cannot guarantee delivery at a certain time. That is up to the United States Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail is available to you as an option. I try to mail items quickly, but then it is out of my hands! If your package has not arrived, enter your tracking number at usps.com or click on "track package" in the email you received from Etsy (U.S. only). If your package was reported as delivered and you did not receive it, check with your local post office, carrier, and your neighbors. These packages are small! Wool Street Stitchery cannot be liable for packages that are stolen.

For international customers (non USA), we offer USPS First Class Package International Rate. Note: We do not deliver to all countries. This shop is in the United States and the price does not include customs, VAT, import taxes, and other local fees for most countries. For a few countries, VAT is included in the purchase price. All other international customers must pay such fees separately on delivery. Thank you for being aware of these fees in your country.

These stuffed animals are small (the dimensions are included in the descriptions and shown in the photographs). They are not toys for children under age 3 (36 months) because of beads, wires, and hand stitching. Preschool and older children (and all age adults) will enjoy these little animals.
