~Cloth dolls~ Spot/surface clean as needed. If the doll needs extra washing: Fill a sink with cool to barely warm water. Use a small amount of liquid soap (dish soap will work just fine). Soak the doll for 10 minutes or so. Drain the water from the sink and press excess water from doll. Rinse soap from doll. Again, press excess water out. Roll in a towel to remove even more water, and air dry. ~Baby Lovies~ I recommend hand washing and then air dried. However, lovies are made from minky and can be washed on delicate and air dried.

Current Processing time----Currently turn around time for custom orders varies. Please see individual listings for processing time. Understand that processing times my be up to 10 weeks for custom items as I personally make each item and can only make so many items per day. Each custom order takes 3-4 hours to complete.

Yes, Rush orders may available upon request depending on the current schedule of customers orders. Please send me an Etsy message prior to purchasing so we can determine if the rush is possible.

What happens if I accidentally put the wrong address when checking out?

If you order hasn't shipped please message the seller to correct. Your address cannot be changed manually, so the seller will cancel and refund your order, then you can reorder and enter the correct shipping address. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge to resend your item if it is returned to the seller. The seller is not responsible for any mail lost or returned due to incorrect address given by the buyer.

Deadline for Christmas 2024 orders

Christmas Deadline for Custom orders for 2024 must be placed by 11/1/24 Ready to ship order deadline is December 1. Due to the unforeseen delays in shipping caused by the US Postal service no guarantee can be made for Christmas delivery. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, I have no control over when it is delivered.

Delayed shipping refund notice/policy

Orders that have been not arrived by Christmas or scheduled date due to shipping delays by USPS will not be refunded until 45-30 days from the shipping date has passed to allow time for the package to arrive. Due to the delays, Non personalized items can be returned for a refund on a case by case basis. Please contact prior to shipping back to the shop. What is CPSC that you mention in your listings

CPSC is a federal agency known as Consumer Product Safety Commission. They are responsible in making sure that manufacturers (yes, even small shops like mine) are following safety requirements for all children toys and clothing, as well as ensure that all requirements to components and labeling are met. Under law, all makers of children’s products (whether toys, clothing, blankets or teething toys, for example) must have their products tested by a third party to certify that they are indeed meeting all the outlined regulations (including product labeling) to be compliant and safe. I take precautions to follow all compliancy rules to ensure that all of my products are made according to the compliancy laws.
