Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

All items should be handled with great care. Items should be taken off for the shower and bath. Items should be stored out of direct sunlight, should not be subject to perfumes, hair products or beauty products so put them on last when getting ready. Findings will tarnish over time and may be gently polished with a soft cloth but never cleaned with harsh chemicals. Many handmade charms with small parts are fragile and dropping them on a hard surface will result in a broken item so please be careful with them. I cannot send a replacement if this happens as it is out of my control.

If your item is deemed faulty or damaged when it arrives I can offer a free replacement if possible, I cannot offer a refund only a replacement. I require the original item to be returned back to me for inspection before I can send out a replacement.
