Due to the nature of full grain leather it will have natural marks with some variation in texture and color, this is normal and not considered a defect. This is part of the beauty of such leather and makes each item we make unique.

All our belts are delivered in a British custom made white cardboard box which are made with 30% recycled cardboard.

Ours belts can also make ideal gifts such as Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Birthday and Christmas gifts.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges during Christmas are Extended in that all items purchased from 23rd October up until 23rd December can be returned up until 31st January the following year.

U.K. Exchanges are sent free of charge via Standard Delivery service ( i.e. We do not charge additional shipping fees for the exchange ).

Free exchanges are limited to one per order.

We cannot offer exchanges for International customers only refunds due to customs implications.

IMPORTANT SIZE INFO AND GUIDANCE

The sizes quoted are Belt Sizes not Waist sizes. The sizes we provide are the actual measurements of the belts we make.

Please see the diagram in the image section for details on how we measure our belts which will help you decide on the right size to buy. We also provide more helpful guidance below. Please read to ensure you select the correct size.

Our belt measurements are taken from the ‘Return’ and then up to the first and last hole.

The ‘Return’ is where the leather belt meets/ folds over the buckle. (see diagram)

There are five fastening holes so for instance Belt Size Medium has the size range 34-38.

i.e. Belt Size M (34-38) will measure 34 inches from the Return to the first hole and 38 inches from the Return to the last hole (the hole nearest the tip end of the belt).

The sizes stated are accurate to within approximately 1/4 inch (5mm)

DETAILED SIZE GUIDANCE - HOW TO DECIDE WHICH SIZE TO BUY - PLEASE READ:

Option 1.

1a. Measure one of your own belts from the ‘Return’ to the hole you use to fasten your belt. The 'Return' is where the belt meets / folds over the buckle.

1b. To do this lay the belt out in a straight line and using a tape measure, measure from the 'Return' to the hole you use to fasten the belt.

1c. Make sure you use a belt that is worn with the outfit the new belt is intended for - i.e. if you intend to wear jeans that fasten on your hips then you will need to use a belt that fastens on your hips as opposed to your waist line which is usually much smaller.

1d. Once you have this measurement select one of our belts that has this measurement within its size range. If you find that you are on the cusp of one size and another we would always recommend opting for the larger size as you can always add an extra hole in a belt but you cant extend its length.

1e. Make sure that your own belt has no stretch/ elasticity as this could result in an inaccurate measurement. Do not use this method if you only have an elasticated belt.

(If you would like an additional hole added to your belt just send a message and this can be done for you however we can't accept returns on belts that have been customized.)

Option 2.

2a. Alternatively measure your waist/hips whilst wearing the outfit you intend wearing with the new belt. This should usually give you the correct belt size. However make sure you hold the tape measure around the area where you intend to wear the belt. If you hold the tape measure around your waist and you intend to wear the belt on your hips the belt will probably be far too small.

2b. Also make sure you do not hold the tape measure too tight as this may result in you choosing a belt size that is too small. ( in our opinion it is always better to have a belt too large than too small as you can always add an extra hole but you cant extend the length of a belt). We have found that most customers who order from overseas find it much simpler and less expensive to have the belt adjusted by adding an extra hole than return the item back to the U.K.

Option 3.

3a. If you do not have a tape measure handy then you can approximate your belt size using the following method however this will not be so accurate and you may end up with the wrong size:

3b. Your belt size will usually be about one or two inches (2.5 - 5 cm) bigger than your actual waist/ hip size. Also consider where you intend to wear the belt i.e. on your waist line or your hips etc. and also take into account the thickness of your clothing material and how tight you like to wear your belt/ clothing.

3c. For Instance if you have a 34″ waist then your belt will probably need to fasten at 35″ or 36" so you will need a Belt Size M (34–38). As mentioned this is not the best way to decide on the right size to buy. Ideally if you already own a belt then we recommend using Option 1. above to calculate the right size to buy and check out our diagram which provides clear details on how we measure our belts.

N.B. CLOTHING SIZE LABELS VARY FROM ONE MANUFACTURER TO ANOTHER THEREFORE WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SIZE LABEL AS AN ACCURATE WAY OF CALCULATING THE CORRECT BELT SIZE TO BUY.

IN OUR EXPERIENCE MOST CLOTHING LABEL SIZES TEND TO ERR ON THE GENEROUS SIDE. I.E. THEY MAY STATE THE WAIST TO BE 34 INCHES BUT IN FACT WILL ACCOMMODATE A WAIST SOMEWHAT LARGER.

ALSO SOME TROUSER LABELS DISPLAY THE WAIST SIZE BUT ACTUALLY SIT A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE WAIST LINE SO YOU MAY NEED A BELT SIZE THAT IS NEARER YOUR HIP SIZE
