• The est. delivery time is based on our processing time & postage time (Royal Mail 1st Class).

• ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch – we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
• RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees.
• DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control. Postage times during Christmas and Courier Strikes may be considerably longer than shown. Please keep this in mind before purchasing and opt for our tracked or rush services if your item is needed for a certain date.
• Wood grain and colouring may vary slightly as wood is a natural product. Knots and blemishes may appear on your product, but we will ensure they do not interfere with any writing but they may be present on your product. Please bear this in mind.
• All our wood if FSC certified sustainable. All our materials are eco-friendly.
• Seed paper is included as a small thank you (stock dependant). For full information see our FAQ on Etsy.
• Background props such as flowers are not included in your order, only the item described.

All orders come with a tracking number - however these are different depending on which service you purchase at the checkout.

If you purchased our tracked 24/48 services, your item will be tracked from our door to yours. If you purchased using guest checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email once your order has dispatched. You can click Track your package at the top of the email.

If you used our standard services, you will also get a tracking number but this will only be for proof of delivery and dispatch. We can use this tracking number to check if a product has been delivered - this also includes with a neighbour, safe place or Royal Mail Delivery Office.

To see the estimated delivery date for your order on Etsy.com:
On Etsy.com, click the Your Account icon. Click Purchases and reviews. If available, the estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order.

Please read the product description for how long a product takes to be made. This varies from product to product but is usually around 2-4 days (excluding busy holiday periods).
Then, depending on which postage service you selected, the postage time is added on to that. E.g. if you buy 24 hour tracked, it will still take us 2-4 days to make the item, then once posted it will arrive the next day.

If you are in a rush to receive your item - please use our 'RUSH' door-door in 3 working days option at the checkout.

If it is just the wording and a very minor tweak such as adding a pawprint or love heart to the end of a message, we can do this for free.

If however, multiple proof images and changes are needed to make a card/ornament bespoke we will add a charge for this. Please get in touch for a quote -we are very reasonable and friendly :)

Most of our orders sent Internationally do arrive within the displayed ETA time on each product, but please know there is a small risk it can arrive later than promised if it is delayed by customs.

We also cannot offer a refund or replacement until after 20 working days has passed the last ETA date - this is due to the policies set by the courier. If this is an issue, please do not order.

Can't attach a picture yet as baby isn't here and the name is a secret but they arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged and so well made. Sasha also kindly sent over a proof before ordering so I could see how the names would look.
