How do I send Handwriting, Fingerprint, and Drawing image?

• Simply send us your image by using the “CONTACT” or “MESSAGE” button. The message box has an “IMAGE” button in the corner. Please use that to attach the image in JPEG or PDF. You can send the image either before or after purchase, we can link your order and the image with your username.

How to capture fingerprint?

S1: Using a pencil to fill a dark patch on a paper S2: Rubbing your finger on it to cover enough of lead S3: Gently applying the tape on the lead-covered part of your finger S4: Stick it to White paper and take a clear picture to send us

Will my handwriting legible to work?

• We have many years of experience working with handwriting so we can work on most handwriting images. The handwriting can be in cursive, printed, other styles, other languages, doodles, and even drawings. • We can crop out unwanted text and even combine handwriting or part of the handwriting from different pieces to create words/phrases for your jewelry

How do I take care my jewelry?

• Jewelry is meant to be worn every day. However, the more we care the better they are. • Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth after wearing it to keep jewelry bright and beautiful. • Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. If you aren’t planning on wearing your jewelry for a long time, clean and store it in an airtight bag/container with a silica pouch.

When will my order send?

• Upon receiving your order and your information, we will generally take about 2 weeks to work on it. All of our products are carefully handmade so the production takes time.

• We want to be more responsible for the environment and give one box for multiple items per shipping when possible. If certain pieces are intended as gifts, please leave us a note at checkout. We'll add more gift boxes for each item.
