I am often asked if we are able to supply jewellery on a wholesale basis. We can and do, working with a small number of stockists in the UK. If you would love to stock my work, please get in touch, I would love to hear from you.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom colours are available by request, as are combinations of styles, single earrings, and the occasional bespoke beaded piece. We cannot always accept commissions, but will always try to help where we can.

What is the difference between the solid brass and gold plated hooks?

Steel Earrings -Our stainless steel earrings come with silver plated ear wires as standard. We also offer solid 925 for our super sensitive ears. Brass Earrings - Our brass earrings come with gold plated ear wires as standard. The gold plated hooks are a great option for very sensitive ears. Around one in 300 people can still find their ears are irritated by the brass. Should you experience irritation with any of our ear wires we will always try to help, and find replacements wherever possible. All our ear wires are hypoallergenic and lead, nickel and cadmium free.

Can I return my order?

Yes, UK customers can return your order within 21 days of receiving your order. All jewellery must be unworn and in their original packaging. Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for both the outbound and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please get in touch, so we can share the return shipping address.

Can you tell me more about your materials?

Our artisan pieces are hand crafted from a palette of raw brass, stainless steel, 100% recycled sterling silver as well as gold and silver plated elements, semi precious stones and fine glass beads. We select and source all our materials thoughtfully to achieve the shimmering textures and detail we are loved for, in balance with lightweight, oh so comfortable to wear styles which are designed to last.

Can you tell me more about the brass, and how to look after it?

Our hand beaten solid brass can be left to patina naturally or kept to a glittering shine using the jewellery polishing cloth included with all brass styles. Our raw brass styles age with a beautiful natural patina, however, if you want to keep your jewellery as super duper shiny as possible we recommend storing and transporting it in a cotton pouch to avoid tangled chains or pieces knocking against each other. Dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces can also weaken or break the piece.

Can you tell me more about the silver you use?

Stainless steel can be endlessly recycled, and is considered one of the most sustainable and eco-friendly metals in common use. It has long been valued for strength, shine, hygiene, and tarnish resistance. It's colour is very similar to sterling silver, and it is hard enough to be cut into the gossamer light shapes you can see in The Gossamer Collection in fact, it is so strong it can be tricky to texture on our anvils, but my goodness it's worth it. Our oldest anvil is around 150 years old, and still going very strong

Help, I've lost an earring!

No need to panic! We are often able to replace a single earring when one is lost or damaged. Please send me a message and let me know which earring you are missing. I ask that you send a photo of the one that you still have, so that I can work out the correct replacement, size and right of left ear!

How do I store my jewellery?

It’s best to keep your jewellery in a cool and dry place and take it off before you sleep, shower or exercise. Beauty and cleaning products including soap, moisturisers, sun cream and fragrances can cause damage to some metal components, so it is best to remove your jewellery before using any of these. Salt air, salt water (and the salt in perspiration) will cause metals to tarnish over time so if you are lucky enough to live by the coast as we do, you might need to give you jewellery a polish with a dry jewellery polishing cloth more often than those inland!

How long does delivery take within the UK and Internationally?

UK SHIPPING - My processing time for UK orders is 1-3 days from placing your order. It will then take (2-3 business days) for your item to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please request tracked 48 (£3.00) or 24 (£5.00) . We dispatch all packages with Royal Mail. Please add a note to your order if you need it for a specific date, or reply here, and I will do my very best to get it made and sent as quickly as possible. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- My processing time is 1-3 days from placing your order, and it will take (3-7 business days) for your item to arrive, this is not always guaranteed due to customs delays and other delays out-with my control. You will receive tracking when your order has been despatched.

Made from solid brass and frosted navy blue sodalite, these earrings will pair well with a huge range of colours, earthy neutrals and animal prints. Every stone is unique in its markings, looking like a tiny, individual world. This colourway is named 'Astrape' (pronounced As-tra-pee) after the Titan Goddess of storms in ancient Greek myth who was Zeus' lightning bearer.
(Model wears 'Eos' freshwater pearl colourway.)

The brass is hand beaten on a series of anvils, the oldest of which is around 170 years old, giving a uniquely glittering texture like no other. It can be left to patina naturally over time, or kept to a shimmering golden shine by buffing after wear with the free polishing cloth provided. The studs used for these earrings are textured and gold plated surgical steel and are hypoallergenic.

These Beaten brass and Sodalite earrings are beautiful !! The contrast between the shiny brass which looks like gold and the understated Sodalite beads which have a lovely muted blue look make these earrings so interesting. This Seller took great care to wrap them in tissue and a structured box so they remain safe during shipping. Wrapped inside like a gift with a lovely card. Nothing but class. A+++Seller, would definitely buy from again !!!
