Cash flow forecast template for a Small to Medium business. Excel file for instant download.

A simple and easy to use excel template that calculates your Business's bank balance automatically on a week by week basis. Keep track by viewing all your Incoming and Outgoing transactions on one sheet, helping you budget over coming months. Put in estimates where you do not have a definitive figure (estimate higher if possible, so you have no shocks!).

Put your Opening balance in the Blue box and fill out your expenses and income in the relevant sections. The sheet will calculate your expected bank balance at the bottom and for the coming weeks. It is also fixed so that you always see your top headers and side information. If you are really anal like me, you can shade out each weekly column as it ends and balances with your actual bank account. Then you know you are in your current week.

The sheet dates to June 2026, but you can easily copy and paste to just keep going.
