How to proceed with Returns or Exchanges.

Please do not remove any attached tags if you intend to return or exchange for any reason. Our Return period is only 7 days, so message us within 3 business days after the date of delivery. Return tracking should be updated through messages within 2 working days.

- We insist our buyers to contact us with any questions about the item - We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of delivery - Item must be in original condition with tags attached - Refund will be made in 2 business days after the item inspection - All occurred shipping charges as in original, return and exchanges are to be paid by buyer - Refund will reflect shipping deduction - Any item returned used or damaged will not be refunded. The buyer in the violation of misusing returns will be reported and blocked from any future purchases, Also the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost again to ship the item back to them or only 25% of the total amount paid on the item will be refunded as it can be only sold as a used condition item

Shipping has to be paid again to reship.

- We ship our orders within 24 hours unless its a weekend, so if there are any changes to be made in size/color/cancellation please contact us within 24 hours. - We are not held responsible for items which are returned back as "Return to Sender" due to incorrect address or any other specified reason. In this instance buyer will have to pay the shipping again to reship the package, if refund is requested shipping will be deducted. - Once the tracking shows delivered we are not responsible for any theft or missing package from the buyers address - For exchange shipping we ship the first instance of exchange at no charge to the buyer, whereas the buyer will ship us back the item to be exchanged and We will ship the item only for first instance

10% restocking fee will be applied on refund , only to the bulk order of 3 or more items. No restocking fee is applied to single orders consist of less than 3 items.
