This adorable polar bear cub is Bjorn! He stands about 9" tall and is 12" long from nose to tail. This pattern is fully illustrated and follows step-by-step instructions to get you through the creation of your little bear cub. The complete full size pattern pieces are included in the pdf and there is no need to enlarge anything at all. Plus, to make it easier, the seam allowance is included in the pattern and there are no joints to have to worry about. I used an optional piece of flexible Loc-Line in my bear to allow him to turn his head sideways. Of course, this is not something you have to do, but the instructions are there if you need them.

PLEASE READ THIS, IT IS IMPORTANT: The pdf file that you purchase includes step-by-step illustrated instructions AND all the full-sized pattern pieces that you will need to make this bear.
(the pattern pieces can be found at the end of the document) When you print this on A4/8.5x11 inch letter size paper, the pattern pieces will all be the correct size and there is no enlargement needed.

You will need:
21”x22” piece fur fabric with 1/4” (6mm) pile

7”x7” leather or upholstery fabric for paw pads and nose (optional)

1 pair 11mm glass eyes on wires

Optional 10” flexible Loc-Line

Polyester fiberfill

Embroidery cotton (optional)

Matching thread

Heavy-Duty thread and doll needle

Very nice pattern. I especially love how chunky the paws are, makes a super cute base for many quadruped creatures. I resized it to match my project and assembly worked like a charm !
