All shoes are handmade to order in our workshop in Athens, Greece. Each pair is crafted specifically for the customer. Because of this, we prioritize exchanges and fit adjustments rather than refunds. We are always happy to assist you before ordering to ensure the best possible fit. As each pair is made specifically for the customer, these items are considered personalized goods and are exempt from the EU and UK 14-day withdrawal right.

I awaited the arrival of these shoes with bated breath. When they arrived unfortunately they didn't fit properly due to my very high in step. I contacted Anna immediately and she suggested making a second pair for me. She bent over backwards to remedy the situation, sensing how unhappy I was. I hummed and hawed about it for a while but decided in the end to just return the shoes. There was no question, Anna offered me a complete refund with no quibble and was very gracious and understanding about it. That said, the shoes themselves are exquisite and extremely well made and totally worth the money. Gorgeous. Top quality. I am quite sad that they won't grace my feet.
